Parking is difficult in the old town, though there may be some parking near the churches or in the Pl de Ganguis (left).
There were cars parked outside San Roc but the sign in the photograph would suggest that there is only a 15 minute waiting time.
The main N-332 road runs right through Oliva, it is a busy and unpleasant road and bisects the town into old and new. There is only one pedestrian crossing.
In this photgraph we are looking towards Alicante, so if you are driving from that direction it may be easier to turn right (left side of this picture). It may be possible to park in one of these side streets. It may be best to turn along Av. de Loygorri, the streets are nearly all one way in this part of town. This leads to the Paseo.
This is the Paseo, which is the main shopping area and it may be easier to park here or near here. There is a supermarket on the left (with sloping roof) and another larger one on the right.
View from the castle mount and (below) the beach in winter.
